View the complete employee directory and org chart in the HR app.

Click "New" to create an employee record.

Fill in contact details, address, emergency contacts, and ID information in the Personal Info tab.

Set employment type, salary, and work schedule in the "Contract" tab.

Create a user account to grant the employee Odoo access with role-based permissions.

Start a leave request from the employee self-service portal or the HR app.

Choose leave type (annual, sick, etc.) and select start/end dates.

Click "Confirm" to send the approval request to the manager.

The manager reviews and approves or rejects the request via notification.

Start payroll processing for the month in the Payroll app.

Batch-calculate payroll for all employees for the given period.

Verify base salary, allowances, and deductions for each employee.

After confirmation, generate bank transfer files or process payments directly.

Manage electronic signature documents in the Odoo 17 Sign app.

Upload the PDF document that requires signatures.

Drag and drop to place fields where signers should sign.

Send the signature request to signers via email.

Once all signers have signed, the completed document is automatically received.
